Shipping Policy
Amaraa delivers across all the major locations within India and Worldwide. We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame (subject to availability and convenience of the logistic partner).
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

DOMESTIC

We ship throughout the week, except on weekends and public holidays.

Ready to Ship products are dispatched in 2-3 business days or as per the delivery date specified at the time of placing the order.

Most orders are delivered within 7-15 business days. However, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.

In case of modifications with regards to the delivery address, kindly drop us an E-mail at amaraa.online@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91-9982337999 within 1-2 hours after placing an order.

Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.

Shipments are not eligible for returns but eligible for exchange.

We ship Worldwide.

You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your orders. In case your payment isn't successful, please drop us a mail on amaraa.online@gmail.com for alternate modes of payment.

We use DTDC for our international orders.

VAT/GST/or any other country duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product(s) or shipping charges. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees/taxes.

International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please feel free to get in touch through email/whatsapp/instagram if you need any assistance or clarification before making a purchase.

International orders generally get delivered within 14-21 business days (some areas may take longer depending on customs). However, the delivery timeline is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.

If for any reason the customer doesn't accept/claim the delivery , we will not be liable for any refund.

Our products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.

If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company, but will definitely help you track down a package through our Logistics partners.
Return & Exchange Policy
IMPORTANT: Without the opening video, refunds, exchange or returns will be not be entertained.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Currently we are not allowing any cancellation of product once ordered.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
RETURN POLICY

Currently we are not allowing return of products. The product can only be returned if it is damaged (opening video is mandatory). You can contact us on Whatsapp/send and E-mail to create a return/exchange for the same.

We can exchange the product if you have any size issues. We will dispatch the exchange item only after we receive the product back from you. You can raise an exchange request by contacting us on Whatsapp at 91-9982337999 or by sending an email at amaraa.online@gmail.com.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Package Opening Video: Please record your video while opening the parcel. While making the video, proper name slip and order number should be visible. Without the opening video, exchange or return will be not be entertained.

Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Original tags and invoices should be intact.

Please raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we receive your exchange shipment, we will provide you a newly ordered product subject to purchase amount within 7-10 working days if available or we will issue a refund.
Shipping & COD charges:

Damaged Courier Package: If your order reaches you in a bad condition or if the packaging is damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept the package. Mail us at amaraa.online@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. Once we receive the package a replacement will be shipped subject to availability at no additional cost to you or we will issue a refund if the product is not available.

Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at amaraa.online@gmail.com with your Order ID and send us the package opening video and a snapshot of the defect.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If in case you want to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges will have to be borne by you. Once we have received the products a quality check will be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
